The purpose of this registration form is to provide MAHA with information on the teams that intend to participate in the 18U Full & Split-Season teams as well as 16U Full & Split-Season teams for Fall 2024. A complete list of those teams participating will be shared with those teams that register so they can more easily contact other split-season teams for games. We will also communicate other information about 18U Full & Split-Season and 16U Full & Split-Season opportunities as well as playoff information.
Important Dates: Which are all tentative currently!
- August 1, 2024, 18U & 16 U split-season and full-season teams can begin playing games. Teams can begin rostering on 7/15 but cannot play games until 8/1.
- September 15, 2024, Teams must declare intent to enter early-season playoffs (Entry form will be on MAHA website) A $900 deposit will also be required as part of the application process.
- 16 U begin playoffs on or about 10/18 with finals to select team advancing to State Championship completed by 11/1.
- 18 U begin playoffs on or about 10/18 with finals to select team advancing to State Championship completed by 11/1.
- November 6, 2024, Early Season rosters go dormant until MHSAA High School Season is over.
- The dates for the MHSAA Finals are March 8th, 2025. MAHA State Tournament dates will be announced soon.
- USA Hockey Nationals are April 2nd – 6th, 2025, 16U – Wayne New Jersey, 18U – Utica N.Y.

- Players in the 2008 & 2009 birth years or younger
- 18 U (National Bound)
- Players in the 2006 & 2007 birth years or younger
