All MAHA Associations must have submitted the MAHA Affiliate Agreement effective August 30, 2023.
If you are a new association of the 2023 - 2024 season you will need to do the following:
- Submit your current contact list for your association.
- Fill out the Affiliate Agreement
- Attach a current copy if your bylaws
- Execute Addendum A - Safesport
- Execute Addendum B - Assignors Agreement
- Submit your current contact list for your association.
If you are an existing association and you have submitted your Affiliate Agreement last season you will need to submit the following:
- Submit your current contact list for your association.
- Attach a current copy if your bylaws. If you have made any changes to your association bylaws during the 22-23 season or have made changes for the upcoming 23-24 season, please note which areas have changed.
- Execute Addendum A - Safesport
- Addendum B - Assignors Agreement - In addition to the Association agreeing to only use approved schedulers, this addendum provides current contact for your Official Scheduler so MAHA/USAH can communicate with them regarding proper protocols as well as growth and mentoring of new Officials.
